Facts First – Oprah.com

Oprah.com has a 71% female audience, 69% are 35+, 77% are CAUCASIAN, 15% are African American.  With 2.2 million visitors a month, this means that 1,694,000 of the people who view her site are WHITE WOMEN.  If you assume that the number of website visitors is representative of viewers of the Oprah Winfrey TV show then SHE RELIES on this population of women to line her pockets with gold from sponsors and from viewers like you.  Without viewer love and adoration the clout of her show cannot exist.

The Oprah Winfrey TV Show is currently #6 with approximately 5 million viewers per Nielsen Media Research.  The Sweeps are coming October 30 – November 26, 2008.  You can make a difference.  We have given her a rising star that can certainly fade away like an old beloved photograph.  Your boycott of the Oprah Winfrey TV show, its sponsors and its products will be noticed.

  1. We just went through hurricane Ike here in Houston, Galveston and other coastal towns. It has been devastating and most people here do not have electricity, water, food or gas. This hurricane far surpasses the devastation of katrina.

Where is Oprah? I guess if there is nothing to complain about politically these stars don’t show up or care.

  2. Is your family okay? I’ve been watching the news about this and the loss of property and homes not to mention the infrastructure seems horrific.

With Katrina we saw a lot of chaos. We are not getting images of that in the news (at least what I watch) with Ike. How can everyday Americans help besides donate to charities? I almost was wondering if any people are down there as all we see is vast destruction and no people but reporters or officials. Is that real?
