  1. So 140 dem’s voted YES, 2/3 of them, and 133 rep’s voted NO, 2/3 of them. So who made the bill fail?

  2. This was a bad bill. the PEOPLE contacted their representatives and told them NO. The Dems hold the house majority. If they really wanted it to pass, they could have done it themselves.

    Meanwhile, because the House is so inept, the Senate will create a Bill. All Senators are going to Washington to vote on this bill. Where were the Dem Senators last week and Monday when this was going on? Oh yes — forgot — they were on the road.
